This cute and unique novelty card was made by Hallmark and was given to my dad by my mom in 1950, as you can see by her writing at the bottom. It does not open and is indeed like an actual small paper plate with ribbing along the edge and all.Maybe you could clean up the signature area and make something fun for your vintage Thanksgiving decor.
