red and white cover

I love old magazine covers. This one is from Feb. 1960.

I adore anything red and white and so this one caught my eye and made me smile. Hope you smile when you see it too.

Are they ice skating? Maybe not, but if they are, hopefully it is at an inside skating rink! I would have on a lot more than this, that's for sure. Guess warmth doesn't matter when you are dressing for a photo shoot, right? The hats are cute, don't you think?

I tried to make a big skating rink in the yard 2 years ago. Fail. Not the correct plastic liner.

Maybe a smaller one this time? I don't know. I'll let you know if I attempt building one.

It is 4 degrees here today, plenty cold enough to freeze just about anything!
