For me, make up means:
lipstick... just slightly more pink/berry/wine than
my natural lip color
mascara... on top and bottom lashes; brown/black
eyeliner pencil... along bottom lids very lightly; brown/black

foundation, blush, eyebrow pencil that gets shared on the top lids & nude lipstick. mascara is optional.
