Flakes

I like to hang up, against the red cupboards, some favorite snowflakes I have cut so they really show the details!! Remember...I offer snowflakes at my Etsy shop (hint, hint)!!
This is the window I look out of while at the sink. I have gathered some of my red and white things. In case you're wondering- that is a small tomato on the window sill next to the upside down candy cane striped flower pot. Sometimes you realize the little goofs after you take the photo. I guess a magazine lay out would reject this one!!

This is the other kitchen window. I have been moving some of my milk glass around and these have settled here for the time being. I will change it soon as I don't seem to be excited about them being there. I am going to put all my Hobnail milk glass in my red corner cabinet, intermingled with my vintage Christmas metal trays and vintage Christmas cookie tins. Maybe I'll even get it done BEFORE Christmas!!
It's hard to see in this photo, but the valance curtain ( I made) is shimmery sheer with silver metallic snowflakes on it. The window over the sink has the same.

Ready for a scaled down Santa

The kids decorated the doll house for the holiday. It is a fun activity if they can manage to do it without arguing too much! It came out very nice this year.
N. added the cotton batting (snow) on the roof top. The interior is decorated also. If they can leave it alone long enough for me to take pictures then I will and then show them to you.
They each have their own idea of how each room should be with the tiny trees and wrapped gifts. When one sibling turns their back another rearranges it all.

Merry Christmas time to all in doll house land!!
