Snowflakes at the little red house under the tall, tall pines

Every window is covered with my paper snowflakes. I am known at this time of the year as "the snowflake lady". I have been cutting them and saving them for more than 15 years now. I also offer some for sale on my Etsy shop.  I find it very therapeutic and oh so relaxing to cut flake after flake after...

At night when the lights are on inside the house the flakes resemble lace curtains. The flakes remain on the windows until at least the beginning of February.
