Flash back- the family car

Image is found here.
Do families have the time or money to fill the tank and just go out for a Sunday drive anymore. I love those memories. *sigh* Simple activities from days long gone by.
Saved from a 1960s Look magazine, you know, the kind with the very big pages? Great colors!

Honestly...they just don't make 'em like they used to. I still adore older cars. Would actually love to have a "muscle car" myself!!

We don't take too many Sunday drives anymore, but we did when the kids were little and in car seats!!

I just found your blog and absolutely love it! I really enjoy ephemera too...enjoyed browsing through yours. I'll be back to visit often.

I just smiled so big after seeing the photo. I believe we are of the same age. Well, let's not make a big deal when it comes to numbers! We had this car bought from a used car dealership (Orange County-based), and back then we were all teenagers. Now that I have my own work, I want to have my own car memory with my grown-up siblings. Still the used car dealerships in Orange County are my first places to visit to look for a car. I want my sedan to come from there.
